ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Gwen C. Watkins, founder and co-owner of Astra Wine Imports, worked in the wine industry for over twenty years, pioneering the introduction of Australian wines in the United States. Before selling the company in 2000, she travelled extensively in Australia, New Zealand, Chile and England, working with suppliers to select products for the US market. She currently resides in South Florida with her husband, Richard Gupta.
